“Where to begin. Lets begin with I'm in Texarkana, TX Big Dave's in in AZ. I had a truck coming through Az and had transmission go out. I called and called looking for a tow truck and no one would give me the time of day. I finally got in touch with Big Dave's. Instantly they told me they would send someone out to pick up my truck and trailer (out in the middle of nowhere). They had a tow truck there in less than an hour. I then asked them about the closest shop that could put a reman 13 speed transmission in. He advised me he could do it in his shop. I'm thinking wow this is going to cost me big time. He towed my truck into his shop and was very fair on the tow fee. The next morning he called around located a transmission and gave me a quote. I'm thinking to myself, thats about what I would pay here in my own town to get this done. I'm sure there will be a jump in the bill when it is finished. Nope, the bill was exactly what was quoted and the work was completed faster than I ever expected. The work was excellent and i couldn't be happier with the entire process. They even took my driver to a hotel until they finished the work. I can't think of any other time I have been treated this fair out on the road. I'm so glad I found this shop and would recommend anyone to use them with comfort in their abilities. Great work for a very fair price.”

Jason from Big Dave’s Towing came out to the middle of nowhere, very quickly. Identified our problem as a cracked wheel bearing hub and recommended a fabulous mechanic (Priority Auto and Tire in Sierra Vista).
